The Existing Homes Alliance is a coalition of organisations calling for urgent action to transform the UK’s existing housing stock and make it fit for the 21st century.

The Existing Homes Alliance aims to bring a practical focus to the need for an ambitious programme of low carbon refurbishment across the UK’s housing stock, in line with the UK's need to cut carbon emissions by 80% by 2050.

We are working with all sectors including financial institutions, builders and installers, energy utilities, manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, social housing managers, homeowners, landlords, local authorities, and with government, to develop a programme of radical low carbon refurbishment and the role each sector can play in making this a reality.
